As ARDRI’s newest Business Development Representative, Jaffer Bacalso brings a fresh perspective, relentless work ethic, and a passion for helping mortgage brokers grow their business. A graduate of UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Technology Management, Jaffer combines a strong analytical foundation with a customer-first approach to building lasting relationships.
Originally from Maui, Hawaii, Jaffer believes success comes from consistency, discipline, and always striving to improve. His personal philosophy—“Everyone’s hungry, but only the starving truly eat.”—reflects the determination and commitment he brings to every broker partnership. Whether he’s helping connect TPO brokers with ARDRI’s innovative Non-QM and Business Purpose lending solutions or ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed, Jaffer is focused on delivering responsive service and creating long-term value.
