Authorization for the Social Security Administration (SSA) to release Social Security Number (SSN) verification to ARDRI.

ACH Form

Borrowers must complete and sign the ACH form before Underwriting can issue a Clear to Close when the Lock Pricing includes ACH Incentive pricing. If the form is not received by then, the Lock Pricing will need to be updated to remove the ACH Incentive.
